I just came back from a looong walk along the coast. according to my Nike + Running app i walked about 4km in 45 minutes. it was muddy and it rained... my white running shoes turned brown and my socks got wet (i hate that feeling). it was so muddy there were crabs walking next to me! not doing that again any time soon...

note that i only walked! i would've died by km 1 if i'd been running! lol i'm not that athletic!

you should try going for a walk sometime. it doesn't hurt and at least you get some much needed exercise!
